Exhale…

Breathe deep... ...hold... ...train wreck through my soul...picking up the pieces...burying the dead... ...spinning...twisting...turning...churning... ...gagging...bitter bile slowly choking...the breath that is chained...between heart and mind... ...stuck...indecisive...unsure which way to go...as the world spins the wrong way...and life goes on... ...exhale.
